If you want to pick up in our store (currently there's only one) you can choose that option at checkout. That option is free. We ask that if you will be longer than 1 week picking up your order that you send us a note to let us know.
We have live 4D calculated shipping rates you’re able to see before you check out. We also have FREE SHIPPING to the US and Canada over $99 USD and around $140 CAD based on the USD/CAD exchange rate.
We aim to ship within five business days from the day you order. We're a small company and everyone wears all the hats, so this window of time allows us to be efficient with our time.
However, due to the handmade nature of some of our products we can take up to 10 days to ship any order.
As far as the delivery time once your package is out of our hands, we find that typically takes 2-10 days based on your location.
We do not currently offer any expedited shipping or handling, but we do choose the fastest shipping possible based on what you paid.
We currently ship all orders from British Columbia, Canada. Orders shipped via USPS will be checked in and 'start' their journey once they are registered at the USPS Office in Blaine, Washington and will not be subject to any customs fees or duty.
Extra large orders can sometimes ship via UPS or FedEx and are very occasionally subject to duty or import fees.
We do! You'll see your live quote at checkout, and if we can beat the shipping quote we will refund any shipping overage over $5.
