Can I pick up my order in store?

If you want to pick up in our store (currently there's only one) you can choose that option at checkout. That option is free. We ask that if you will be longer than 1 week picking up your order that you send us a note to let us know.

How much is shipping going to cost?

Shipping is a Flat Rate of $20, no matter the size of your order. You'll get the best value by ordering more at one time.

We also offer free local pick up at our store in Fort Langley.

How quickly will my package arrive?

We aim to ship within five business days from the day you order. We're a small company and everyone wears all the hats, so this window of time allows us to be efficient with our time.

However, due to the handmade nature of some of our products we can take up to 10 days to ship any order.

As far as the delivery time once your package is out of our hands, we find that typically takes 2-10 days based on your location.

We do not currently offer any expedited shipping or handling, but we do choose the fastest shipping possible based on what you paid. 

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship all orders from British Columbia, Canada. Orders shipped via USPS will be checked in and 'start' their journey once they are registered at the USPS Office in Blaine, Washington and will not be subject to any customs fees or duty.

Extra large orders can sometimes ship via UPS or FedEx and are very occasionally subject to duty or import fees. (Please see Tariff info page for possible tariff info) 

Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?

We do! You'll see your live quote at checkout, and if we can beat the shipping quote we will refund any shipping overage over $5.
