SHIPPING POLICIES:
Because we are so close to the US/CANADA Border, we generally ship U.S. orders in the U.S. via USPS, and Canadian orders in Canada via Canada Post.
Orders outside of America and Canada may ship via DHL or other carrier, we choose the fastest service possible for the money you've paid for shipping.
Most orders will ship within 5 business days. Once the package leaves our warehouse we do not have any control over how long it will take to get to you.
Due to the handmade nature of some of our products we can take up to 10 business days to ship any order. We aim to ship every order inside of 5 business days but that time frame is not guaranteed.
We are a very small business and in order to economize our time we usually ship packages once or twice per week.
We try to use as little plastic in our packaging as possible.
Of course, this can be difficult when we are shipping glass items, but we do our best to reuse materials when possible. This includes bubble wrap, packing peanuts, boxes, even bubble mailers.
We do use bubble wrap sparingly when it's needed.
If you have rainbow-mismatched packing peanuts - these are reused. Please consider reusing them again yourself.
If you have all white cylindrical packing peanuts these are made from corn and are totally dissolvable in water. Of course, reuse them if you can!
If you have any other ideas we can implement, please send them our way, we are always looking for ways to lower our environmental impact.
Border Issues/Delays
Please note that cross-border shipments may occasionally experience customs or carrier delays. These are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Refunds are only issued if/when a package is returned to us.
Tracking may appear stalled when packages are waiting for induction at the border or customs processing. This is our new normal (unfortunately) and does not mean the package is lost.
