I only bought 1 replacement silicone straw grommets for my 2 jar tumblers, I'm hoping they last
I love my new jar tumblers, perfect size for a tumbler.(a little over 2 cups) I decided to buy two. I was worried about damage during shipping but I was reassured they rarely get broken during shipping and they are packaged really well. My second jar I bought.

I use it everyday and think of my grandmother! I love her so much all hers are gone in house fire. So thanks! I love this jar! My grandmother left this world long time ago
Thanks for offering these authentic products! The packaging was great. Thanks for the handwritten note.
I’m a returning customer. I’m always happy with what I get. On the rare occasion that I’m not, the customer service is always helpful and timely. Thanks again for a great product!
Product was perfect and exactly what we wanted for teacher year end gifts. I missed one teacher and contacted the support department and they added another jar before shipping my order. Definitely will get more in the future
I never thought I’d be able to find rubber sealers for my Gem Jars, so I was absolutely delighted to discover Mason Jar Merchant! My order arrived quickly and exactly as described. The quality is excellent, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I am happy to have found your company and your 24 oz jars, as Ball has discontinued making their version. My order of jars arrived well-packaged, and within a reasonable time, all the way from the Great North to the edge of the US, where I live. Now, more than ever, I am happy to support a Canadian business!
So happy to have found jars made in Canada. Well packed and arrived in perfect condition.
Regular sized lid fit a bit tight on some jars but was fine on others. I didn't realize the Ball lid was wide-mouth but luckily I have a wide-mouth jar and it fit great!
