Mason Jar Merchant started with a gift of vintage mason jars from our founder Marie’s husband’s grandmother. That spark grew into crocheted cozies, painted lids, custom straw tops and, eventually, the mason jar tumblers retailers know us for today.
For 11 years we’ve made our tumblers in-house. Our small team prints, cuts and hand-applies every design in our own retail shop in Fort Langley, BC, and inspects each one before it ships.
Because we run a brick-and-mortar store ourselves, we understand independent retail: tight shelf space, busy days, and products that need to sell through, not sit.

MSRP is a suggested retail price. Turnaround is a typical timeframe, not a guarantee. We don’t offer Net 30/60 terms, but outside financing may be available where supported.
All wholesale-eligible products live in our dedicated Wholesale Collection. The wholesale discount applies only to products in that collection.
Every wholesale tumbler includes a mason jar, lid, straw and care card.
Not included: barcodes, branded hangtags or retailer-specific SKUs.

Our standard custom-order setup and design fees apply. Custom orders take longer because timing depends on design communication, artwork approval, payment and final order approval.
We ship wholesale orders across Canada and the U.S. The buyer pays shipping.
We arrange shipping: we buy the label and insure the shipment where applicable. If anything arrives damaged, report it within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we’ll replace eligible products.
You provide the label: you’re welcome to buy your own shipping. We pack it to the same high standard, but we can’t be responsible for carrier loss or damage. You’ll handle insurance and carrier claims.

Yes. Our tumblers are made to handle everyday use and the dishwasher.

No. MJM products may not be sold on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay or any other third-party marketplace.
No. Retailers purchase and hold their inventory and fulfill their own customer orders.
Most standard orders ship within 5 business days. Custom orders take longer.
If we arranged shipping, report it within 5 business days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace eligible items. If you provided your own label, the claim goes through your carrier.
Yes. Approved retailers can use our product photos, lifestyle photos and approved marketing assets to promote the genuine MJM products they’ve purchased.
Yes, including pop-ups, markets and temporary retail events.
We don’t offer automatic geographic, town or retailer exclusivity.

Canadian shops: no. U.S. shops: not on tumblers or signature straw lids. Chinese-made accessories carry a tariff fee shown at checkout, and nothing is due at delivery. See Tariffs & Duties above.
