Gem is an in-between wide and regular mouth size that fits jars made in Canada between the early 1900's and the mid 1960's.  It is wider than a regular mouth jar, but narrower than a wide mouth jar.   Please use our jar size guide to make sure you're buying the right jars or accessories!
