We pack mason jars every day. Out of hundreds of orders a year, only one or two ever arrive with any breakage at all. Every shipment is insured, so on the off chance something happens, we'll send a replacement.

Yes. The glass jar, lid and straw all go in the dishwasher. We've been putting ours in the dishwasher since 2020. Our decals are printed in-house and applied by hand, made to handle years of washing and years of use.
Yes, the glass jar is microwave safe with the lid and straw removed.
It measures 3 3/8" across, so it fits most car cupholders. It's a wide mouth (86 mm) jar, so any wide mouth lid fits too. Jar size cheat sheet
Yes. Every tumbler comes with a straw lid and reusable straw. Swapping the included lid is free: pick a different one right on the product page. You can also add extra lids to your order. Shop all straw lids
