I can't find my welcome code.
There are a few steps you can check to make sure get your welcome coupon. It's important to note that you will only receive this as a new customer.
If you haven't signed up yet, head here.
1. Sign up.
2. Confirm Subscription - this is called a double opt-in, and it's there to make sure no one is added to the list that doesn't want to be.
3. Add hello@masonjarmerchant.com to your safe/trusted email list.
4. Wait for 10 minutes. Our system can be a little slow sometimes, please wait at least 10 minutes then check your junk/spam folder.
5. If you've done the above and still can't find your Welcome email, please contact us.
