How Custom Orders Work:

1. Limited Edition Style: We’re crafting one custom design style per week—and once that design’s week is over, it’s gone forever!

2. Order Window: You have 5 days to place your order (through Nov 8, 2024 ) to get this week’s design. Order online or in-store to secure your one-of-a-kind tumbler!

3. Choose Your Favorite Straw Lid - Click here (opens in a new window) Make sure you copy and paste the TITLE of your straw choice into the form filler. If you forget, please send us an email.  If you do not choose a straw lid, we will choose our favorite for you!

4. We Get To Work: Once the order window closes, we work our design magic, printing and assembling your custom tumblers the following week.

5. Pickup or Shipping: Your custom tumbler will be ready for pickup in-store or shipped straight to you or your gift recipient as soon as it’s complete!

6. Obviously this one makes an gift, so if you're wanting tumblers shipped to multiple locations you will need to check out separately for each gift order.
