This listing is for 1, 4 or 12 - individual 24 oz Ball jars (NOT CASES) - lids are sold separately.
THESE JARS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED.
We have VERY limited quantities, just like anything that we have that is vintage and rare, we will add quantities when and if they become available.
Wide mouth with straight sides, this jar is the perfect size for just about everything! It's the go-to drinking jar of choice because it's the perfect size for a coffee or a smoothie, and it fits most car cupholders.
We also have this beautiful vintage 24 oz jar. They are very highly valued in the Red Book of Fruit jars and it's the only jar in the Ideal brand that we've ever seen.
With straight sides, this is ideal for freezer storage because you don't have to wait for something to thaw completely, you can simply dump the frozen contents out after warming the jar enough that just the outside is no longer solid.
This is just the right size for the lunchtime salad-shaker (dressing on the bottom, salad on the top), or use in the fridge to store carrot or celery sticks, asparagus, or green onions.
If you are using an emersion blender, this is a great size for no-mess blending when you're whipping up a salad dressing or making baby food.
*Lids are sold separately and are not included in the price of the jar so that you can choose exactly what you want to pair it with. Use with any wide mouth jar lid.
Finally found the elusive 24oz jar at this store. This size jar works perfectly for iced drinks. My order was also securely packed and once shipped out, arrived fairly quickly. I will definitely be ordering from this store soon.

It took me a few tries to get the right size jar but now I have a winner!! Just perfect for my morning protein shake!! Love your products and your wonderful customer service!!! Thank you!!
I was having issues finding lids and found Bernardin lids here. I was a bit nervous but went ahead with the order and VERY glad I did! All the lids sealed perfectly! Also, I love their quirky emails🤣
I compared the weight of a dozen wide-mouth Bernardin lids to a dozen Kerr lids: exactly the same! The rubber sealing right is thick and ever so slightly dimpled, just the same as Kerr & Ball sealing rubber. These lids are great. All jars sealed up. So glad I could buy these lids! Highly recommended!

Grateful to find these lids!
I am a longtime canner. Once in a great while I can find Ball lids at the stores here in NYS. Had enough to finish my Fall canning and the occasional pressure canning of soups and stocks, but was really getting nervous for this coming season. The price is about double what I just paid at the local store when I saw four lone boxes on the shelf, but it was worth the price for my peace of mind. I used these to pressure can a small batch of bbq sauce this weekend. All four lids pulled down and sealed no problem. They are high quality like the Ball ones I usually buy, no metal warping like the cheap ones you can buy on Amazon. I’m very happy to have found Mason Jar Merchant and am ready for this year’s fruit and vegetable crop!
