4 'Pickle Pebbles' (2 3/4 inch diameter, and 3/4 inch thick)
1 Double-Sided 'Pickle Packer' made from natural Acacia Wood. (10 inches tall, and 2 1/2 inches at the wide end and 2 inches at the small-end).
The 'Pickle Pipe' is a super-simple one-piece waterless airlock, that allows fermentation gasses to escape as necessary, without letting contaminants into the jar. The 'Pickle Pipe screws into place using any standard mason jar band. FDA food-grade certified and dishwasher-safe, the 'Pickle Pipe' is the next generation of mason jar airlock. Once screwed into place, you virtually forget about it for days or even weeks. No need to "burp" your jars manually each day, or monitor the "moat" in a water-based airlock. This is truly a "set-it-and-forget-it" solution.
'Pickle Pebbles' have been specifically designed for use with fermentation in mind, and take the guesswork out of lacto-ferments, by ensuring veggies stay below the surface of the brine, eliminating exposure to oxygen - the main cause of failure in lacto-fermentation methods. 'Pickle Pebbles' are designed for use in wide mouth canning jars, and can also be used in traditional ceramic crocks. With the 'Pickle Pebble', one weight is often enough to keep veggies below the brine. Made from non-iridized soda glass, 'Pickle Pebbles' are completely inert and guarantee that they contain nothing harmful to leach into your ferment.
The 'Pickle Packer' has been specifically designed for small-batch fermentation done in either wide-mouth or regular-mouth mason jars.Measuring 10" tall, 2.5" on one end, and 2" at the other, the unique design allows both ends to be used for packing vegetables tightly in your mason jars.Pickle Packers are made from all-natural untreated Acacia wood and are finished with food-safe mineral oil to seal and protect. Why Acacia wood? Not only because of its renowned strength (2x as strong as maple) but also for its noted sustainable and eco-friendly character.
Pickle Packer Care Instructions: Hand wash with warm soap and water only. Occasional oiling (using food-safe mineral oil) may help to lengthen the life of this product. Not dishwasher safe and should never be allowed to stand in water as it may damage the wood.

I was having issues finding lids and found Bernardin lids here. I was a bit nervous but went ahead with the order and VERY glad I did! All the lids sealed perfectly! Also, I love their quirky emails🤣
I compared the weight of a dozen wide-mouth Bernardin lids to a dozen Kerr lids: exactly the same! The rubber sealing right is thick and ever so slightly dimpled, just the same as Kerr & Ball sealing rubber. These lids are great. All jars sealed up. So glad I could buy these lids! Highly recommended!

I am a longtime canner. Once in a great while I can find Ball lids at the stores here in NYS. Had enough to finish my Fall canning and the occasional pressure canning of soups and stocks, but was really getting nervous for this coming season. The price is about double what I just paid at the local store when I saw four lone boxes on the shelf, but it was worth the price for my peace of mind. I used these to pressure can a small batch of bbq sauce this weekend. All four lids pulled down and sealed no problem. They are high quality like the Ball ones I usually buy, no metal warping like the cheap ones you can buy on Amazon. I’m very happy to have found Mason Jar Merchant and am ready for this year’s fruit and vegetable crop!
