Now that spring has officially arrived we're thinking of all the springy ways we'll be putting mason jars to use. Mason jars can help pull our homes out of the dreary winter slump and into a cheery spring mood! Here are a few of simple ideas to get you started...

We're pulling out our vintage jars and covering our shelves with fresh blooms. We love picking up a sprig or two of eucalyptus from our local florist - it has a wonderful scent and lasts for weeks without any maintenance! Fill a second jar with a pop of colour and put them side by side to dress up any space.

Use a mason jar to house a colorful collection - wine corks, bottle caps, or your child's favourite small toys. Sometimes the simplest of objects can make the perfect decoration to dress up a shelf.

Spring sunshine also means spring cleaning. Why not empty your cupboards and reorganize them using chalkboard labels and mason jars to help you get more organized? A little more work to set it up this year will make it far easier to clean and organize in years to come!
